The Harvey Owen bespoke service offers you an opportunity to create a custom item of fine jewellery. Whether it is an engagement ring or the redesigning of a cherished piece, Harvey Owen will transform your thoughts and ideas into a unique piece of beautifully handcrafted jewellery that stays true to the Harvey Owen aesthetic.
STEP 1: CONSULTATION
Your bespoke experience will start with a consultation with the designers and co-founders Hallam and Owen. Working together we will help you define what it is you are after so we can create something truly personal and unique to you. Whether it’s taking inspiration from a loved place or memory or a redesign of a cherished piece, we will work together to create a piece that you can treasure forever. Working around your budget and requirements we will discuss metal and stone options that fit your brief. This can be done in person, by email or conference call – whichever works best for you.
Step 2: Design
After your initial consultation we will then create some design options for you. Working with esteemed ethical gem suppliers from around the world we will source gemstones to match the design proposals. We will then contact you with design ideas and illustrations and await your feedback. Any changes or amendments requested will be illustrated until we have designed your perfect piece.
step 3: CREATION
Once a final design has been approved, we will go through the design in detail with our London workshop where your one of a kind piece will begin its creation, by some of London’s most respected craftsman. We will keep you up to date with the workshop progress so you can watch your one of a kind piece evolve into a finished creation.
4: SEAL OF APPROVAL
Once the final piece has received Harvey Owen’s seal of approval your bespoke piece will be ready for collection or shipping. Every bespoke piece is accompanied by its very own Harvey Owen passport, detailing its journey from design to finish and a gouache hand painting of the finished piece. Each piece will also come with an independent valuation from Goldsmith’s Assay office. You can then start to enjoy your new item of jewellery that can be treasured by yourself or gifted to a loved one and a become an heirloom for generations to come.
